Those without helmets will be fined from Rs 500 to Rs 1,000: Rupani

Those without helmets will be fined from Rs 500 to Rs 1,000: Rupani

Strict traffic rules for drivers are a relief after the commission of strict traffic laws. The Gujarat government has agreed in a cabinet conference on Wednesday that from now on, it will be necessary for two-wheeler drivers to wear helmets in urban and semi-urban areas coming under the purview of companies and communities. Thus, if a two-wheeler driver drives without wearing a helmet in a municipal or semi-urban area, he will not be fined by the traffic police. Of course, it will be mandatory for two-wheeler drivers to wear helmets on the highway and those who do not follow the rules will be hardly penalized.

It is worth remembering that due to the traffic in the urban area, the speed of our two-wheeler barely goes above 50 km per hour. Two-wheeler drivers, on the other hand, have long complained about the difficulty in conserving and maintaining the helmet. Even citing certain legal requirements, two-wheeler drivers have long been demanding that the mandatory wearing of helmets be allowed, at least in urban or semi-urban areas.

Nonetheless, the Gujarat government's cabinet has upheld the rule that helmets are mandatory for two-wheeler drivers driving on state and national highways. The speed of the vehicle on the highway is more than 50 km per hour. An accident in these circumstances increases the risk of a two-wheeler driver getting a head injury. Under these circumstances, the rule of wearing a helmet for two-wheeler drivers on the highway has been continued. Penalties for violation of this rule will also continue.

Declaring openly the demand for helmets on behalf of the government, Minister RC Faldu said, "We were getting such arguments from the people. Where should we keep helmets when we go to buy vegetables?" Where to put helmets even on the way to the funeral? Regarding the need for helmets, the minister said that in urban areas, the distance from one place to another is less. So there is no need to wear a helmet.

It is an assistance news after the implementation of strict traffic rules with very heavy fines for motorists. The Gujarat government has decided in a cabinet meeting on Wednesday that from now on, it will be mandatory for two-wheeler drivers to wear helmets in urban and semi-urban areas coming under the purview of corporations and municipalities. If you don't wear a mask at the train station or train, you will be punished
If you don't wear a mask at the railway station, you can get overwhelmed now. This is because Indian Railways has increased the rules in view of the growing cases of Corona virus. A fine of Rs 500 is being levied on masks found without any passengers. However, this amount is going to the state government’s funds and the GRP is working to cut the currency. GRP means Government Railway Police is the state police but it is deployment ed at railway stations. Railways is currently operating 230 trains across the country and another 80 special trains are set to start from September 12. Railway personnel along with passengers in such situations have also been asked to be cautious again and again with Covid-19. But even after the Corona explosion, a large number of people show negligence. This austerity has been initiated for such people. Yet people make many excuses not to wear masks, but no one is being bullied for such negligence. So if you are also planning a train trip, keep in mind that you are in Corona.
